Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Executive

with a minimum of
1 year of experience

to manage

day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting,

and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have

hands-on experience with
ZOHO Books

, strong knowledge of

PF, GST, TDS compliance

, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions.
- Perform
Bank Reconciliation

on a regular basis.
- Manage
Accounts Payable (AP)

and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Manage
Accounts Receivable (AR)

, customer invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare and file
GST returns

and ensure GST compliance.
- Calculate, deduct, and file
TDS returns

within statutory deadlines.
- Handle
PF and other statutory compliance

activities.
- Prepare
MIS Reports

for management and provide financial insights.




- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and support
Financial Reporting

requirements.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education qualification:
Must have

Bachelor's degree in
Commerce
B.Com
,

Preferred

M.Com
or MBA.
- Minimum
1 year of experience

as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Ready to learn and implement AI tools in accounts automation.
- Must have Proficiency in G- suit.
- Hands-on experience with
ZOHO Books

(Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of
PF, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

- Experience in
Bank Reconciliation

.
- Knowledge of
Accounts Payable (AP)

and
Accounts Receivable (AR)

processes.
- Experience in preparing
