We are looking for an experienced HR Head with strong exposure to the Manufacturing Industry to lead and manage the complete Human Resources function of the organization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR Operations, Plant HR, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compliance, Performance Management, Training & Development and HR Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete HR function for the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and systems aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management and retention.
- Handle Plant HR / Factory HR operations and workforce management.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment/Factory-related compliances, etc.
- Manage recruitment and manpower planning for corporate and manufacturing/plant requirements.
- Develop manpower budgets and monitor HR costs.
- Drive performance appraisal, PMS, training and employee development initiatives.
- Handle salary administration, attendance, leave and payroll coordination.




- Work closely with senior management on HR strategy and organizational development.
- Maintain solid relationships with employees, management and other stakeholders.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and workplace culture initiatives.
- Prepare and present HR MIS and reports to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the HR team.

Candidate Requirements
- 13+ years of overall HR experience.
- Mandatory: Strong experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in Plant HR / Factory HR and Corporate HR operations.
- Should have strong knowledge of Industrial Relations, Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication and people-management skills.
- Strong understanding of manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations and HR policies.
- Should be capable of independently handling the complete HR function.
- Candidates currently working as HR Head / AGM HR / DGM HR / Senior HR Manager in a manufacturing setup will be preferred.
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / relevant HR qualification.

Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
