Role: UI Tech Lead

Location: Hyderabad (3days/week On-Site)

Mandatory skills: React with Java/Node, UI technology - sigma tool, GCP (AWS / Azure).

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect / Solution Architect with solid hands-on expertise in React.js and Node.js, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . The candidate will be responsible for designing enterprise solutions, developing critical components, providing technical leadership, and collaborating directly with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

- Design modern and responsive React.js applications and frontend architecture.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on GCP , leveraging appropriate GCP services.
- Define application architecture, technology standards, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design reviews .
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects,



and engineering teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Present architecture and solution approaches to technical and non-technical stakeholders .
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability requirements.
- Guide development teams and provide technical mentorship while remaining hands-on with development .
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production readiness .
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical design documents, API specifications, and deployment documentation .
- Drive continuous improvement, modernization, cloud adoption, and engineering best practices .
