Job Title: Relationship Manager – Banca Channel

Company: IndiaFirst Life Insurance

Channel: Banca (Tie-up with Union Bank of India)

Salary: Up to ₹3.25 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives+4-6k travelling expenses

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Union Bank of India ke branch staff ke sath milkar insurance business generate karna.
- Bank ke walk-in customers aur existing account holders ko IndiaFirst Life Insurance ke products (Term, Endowment, ULIP, Child Plans etc.) present aur cross-sell karna.
- Branch Relationship Managers aur other staff ko motivate aur support karna for insurance sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business productivity.
- Regular customer meetings & follow-ups to ensure policy closures.
- MIS reporting & compliance maintain karna.

Location- Banglore,Chennai,Dehu,Fort,Jalna,Narkhed
