We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Banking &
- Cash Management Specialist to join our Treasury function. The role involves managing banking documentation, cash movements, account administration, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review banking documents, including amendments
Handle bank account opening and closing documentation
Prepare bank documentation for investment of funds
Support bank account funding and payment processing activities
Investigate and resolve incoming and outgoing transaction issues
Provide daily bank balance reporting and initiate funding requests for underfunded or overdrawn accounts
Complete bank account remediations and reviews as received from banks
Administer and maintain online banking platforms
Maintain and update various Excel-based logs and trackers
Systematically file banking documents electronically to ensure real-time access to transaction status
Download,
review, and file bank statements as required
Liaise with banks, internal teams, and external clients to support banking operations
Identify documentation discrepancies and escalate to the relevant team member or Head of Banking &
- Cash Management
Provide backup support to team members and assist with additional treasury-related activities
Deliver timely and high-quality support to clients and colleagues across regions
Experience &
- Skill Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Treasury / Banking / Cash Management
Hands-on experience in account opening, payments, and banking operations
Prior experience with professional services, financial services, or legal organizations is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PDF tools
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working in evening/night shifts and supporting global stakeholders
