Treasury Operations & Settlement – 2-6 Years - Mumbai An excellent opportunity for Treasury professionals with 2–6 years of experience across Front Office, Treasury Operations, and Settlements. The role offers exposure to investment operations, trade execution, settlement, reconciliation, fixed income, capital markets, liquidity management, and treasury processes, with an opportunity to contribute to building scalable treasury operations in a fast-growing insurance environment.

Location - Mumbai

Your Future Employer - A new-generation General Insurance organization focused on building a customer-first, technology-led, and AI-powered insurance business. The organization is building its insurance and investment functions from the ground up, combining experienced insurance leadership with modern technology, data, and digital capabilities.

Responsibilities -

1. Manage treasury and investment activities, including trade execution, monitoring, and adherence to approved investment limits and policies.
2. Handle end-to-end trade confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and post-trade activities, coordinating with banks, brokers, custodians, and fund managers.
3. Support liquidity monitoring, cash flow management, ALM, and interest-rate risk activities.
4. Prepare MIS, investment reports, reconciliations, and management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of exceptions.
5. Identify process gaps and support automation and process improvements across treasury and investment operations.

Requirements -

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline, with 2–6 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in Treasury, Investment Operations, Capital Markets, Banking, Asset Management, or Insurance, across Front Office, Operations, or Settlement.
3. Exposure to Fixed Income, Bonds, Government Securities, Money Market Instruments, Mutual Funds, or similar investment products.
4. Strong analytical, communication,



and stakeholder management skills.
5. Comfortable working in a work-from-office setup in Mumbai.
