Role Description This full-time, on-site Inbound Travel Consultant role is based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves responding to inbound travel inquiries, understanding traveler preferences, and designing customized tour itineraries for guests visiting India and neighboring destinations. The consultant will prepare detailed proposals, costings, and travel documents, coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local partners, and ensure smooth tour operations from initial inquiry to final departure.

Daily responsibilities include managing reservations, updating customer records, handling changes or special requests,



and providing timely and clear communication to clients and suppliers. The role also requires maintaining product knowledge of destinations, contributing ideas to improve tour offerings, and supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to understand traveler needs and provide clear, professional communication.
- Experience in itinerary planning, tour operations, and reservation management within the travel or hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Comfort using booking systems, office productivity tools, and online research to source and confirm travel services.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indian and regional destinations (India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives) and interest in culture and travel experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting in the Greater Delhi Area.
- Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field; prior experience as a travel consultant or in inbound tourism is preferred.
