Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Employee Transport Router to manage and optimize corporate transportation operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in route planning, roster management, vehicle deployment, and MoveInSync.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and optimize daily employee transport routes.
- Manage rosters, pickups, drops, and trip scheduling.
- Monitor live operations, delays, and route deviations.
- Coordinate with vendors, drivers, employees, and internal teams.
- Handle transport escalations and employee queries.
- Monitor OTA,



fleet utilization, and service-level metrics.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Support 24/7 rotational shift operations and shift handovers.
