Role Description Assistant Sales Manager - Transactions is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for managing and driving workspace transaction activities. This role involves coordinating with prospective clients, understanding their workspace requirements, and presenting suitable flex space options from the Easydesq marketplace.

The Assistant Sales

Manager handles end-to-end sales processes, including lead follow-up, site visits, deal negotiation, documentation, and closure. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of transactions,



building strong relationships with workspace partners, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Daily activities include preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and workspace partners.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and transactions simultaneously, with attention to detail and organized record-keeping.
- Comfort with on-site client interactions, site visits, and presentations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software, CRM tools, and digital platforms used for tracking leads and transactions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach, with readiness to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of the Delhi commercial real estate or coworking market is an advantage.
