? We’re Hiring | Training & Development Executive

We are looking for a Training & Development Executive to join our manufacturing team and drive shop-floor training, employee skill development, and technical capability building.

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify training needs for production and shop-floor employees.
- Develop and conduct training programs related to production processes, machines, SOPs, quality, safety, 5S and productivity.
- Work closely with the Production, Quality, Maintenance and HR teams to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for operators, technicians and new joiners.
- Develop and maintain skill matrices, training calendars, training records and competency assessments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through practical assessments and shop-floor performance.
- Support new employee induction and technical orientation.
- Create simple and practical training materials, work instructions and visual training aids.
- Regularly visit the production shop floor to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support multiskilling and cross-training of production employees.
- Ensure employees understand and follow SOPs, work instructions, quality standards and safety practices.





? Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Plastic Engineering / Polymer Technology preferred.
- Candidates from CIPET are strongly preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastics/polymer processing or related manufacturing industries.
- Candidates with strong production shop-floor experience will be given preference.
- Good understanding of plastic processing, production operations, machines, quality and shop-floor practices will be an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
