Training Faculty – Hospitality & Facility Management

Handy sQuad is looking for an experienced and passionate Training Faculty / Hospitality Trainer to join our in-house Training Academy.

Our Academy focuses on developing job-ready professionals through industry-oriented training in Hospitality, Housekeeping and Facility Management, with a strong focus on practical skills, professional development and career opportunities.

We are looking for a trainer who can effectively combine academic knowledge, practical demonstrations and industry experience to prepare students for successful careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classroom and practical training in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Housekeeping Operations, Hotel Operations and Facility Management.
- Plan and deliver structured training sessions using presentations, demonstrations, activities and practical exercises.
- Provide hands-on training in housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, hygiene and sanitation, safety standards, guest service and workplace practices.
- Develop students' technical, communication, behavioural, soft and employability skills.
- Mentor students and support their professional and career development.
- Conduct theoretical and practical assessments, evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for job interviews, workplace expectations, industry placements and career opportunities.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams to ensure training programs are aligned with current industry requirements.
- Maintain training plans, attendance, assessment records and student performance reports.
- Continuously update training content based on industry standards, hospitality practices and facility management requirements.





Who We Are Looking ForWe welcome professionals with relevant experience as Hotel Management Faculty, Hospitality Faculty, Hospitality Trainer, Hotel Management Trainer, Housekeeping Faculty, Housekeeping Trainer, Facility Management Trainer, Vocational Trainer, Skill Development Trainer or Corporate Trainer. The ideal candidate should have:

- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Facility Management or a related discipline.
- Ability to communicate and conduct training effectively in Malayalam, English and Hindi.
- Experience in institutional teaching, hospitality training, vocational education, skill development or corporate training.
- Practical knowledge of Housekeeping, Hotel Operations, Hospitality Services and/or Facility Management.
- Robust communication, presentation, classroom management, facilitation and mentoring skills.
- Ability to deliver both theoretical and practical, industry-oriented training.
- NSDC certification is preferred. Relevant ToT / Skill India certification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the hotel, hospitality or facility management industry will be highly valued.
