Indian Silk House Agencies (ISHA) is a heritage ethnic wear retail brand established in 1971, with 70+ stores across India. We are looking for a dynamic Training Executive to join our team and help shape the customer-facing experience across our retail network.

Role Overview

We're looking for a junior Training Executive to conduct and support training sessions for our retail sales staff, focused on customer service etiquette, grooming standards, and in-depth product knowledge on our ethnic wear range (silk sarees, and related categories).

Location: Kolkata (with travel to store locations as required)

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct floor-level and classroom training sessions for retail sales staff across stores
- Train staff on customer service etiquette, communication standards, and grooming
- Deliver structured product knowledge training (fabric, weave, craft, care instructions,



etc.)
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, observation, and store visits
- Support onboarding training for new store joiners
- Coordinate with Store Managers/AMs to identify training needs and gaps
- Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback documentation

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in training, L&D;, or a retail training-adjacent role
- Confident, well-spoken, and comfortable conducting group training sessions
- Fluency in English, Bengali and Hindi required
- Solid interpersonal and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to store locations as needed
- Prior exposure to retail, fashion, or apparel industry is a plus
