Roles & Responsibility:

- Conduct current hire & refresher training
- Train on Prior Authorization workflows & clinical concepts
- Create/update training materials
- Assess trainee performance & ensure quality standards
- Work with QA & Operations teams

Eligiblity :
- PharmD (Mandatory)
- 5+ years in US Healthcare / Prior Authorization / PBM
- 1+ year experience in Training / SME / Coaching
