Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Trainer for our Australian Solar Campaign. The candidate will be responsible for training new and existing agents on Australian Solar lead generation and appointment-setting, along with sales techniques, customer handling, objection handling, and campaign processes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for new and existing agents working on the Australian Solar campaign.

Train agents on solar products, campaign processes, calling scripts, and lead-generation techniques.

Train agents on appointment setting and qualifying potential customers.

Conduct objection-handling and role-play sessions.

Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback.

Conduct assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.

Identify performance gaps and conduct refresher training whenever required.

Coordinate with the Operations team to improve agent performance and campaign results. Maintain training records, assessments, and performance reports.

Skills Required

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong presentation and training skills.

Valuable understanding of international sales and lead-generation techniques.

Strong knowledge of appointment setting and objection handling.

Ability to motivate, coach, and manage trainees.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Required Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Trainer in an international BPO/voice process.

Prior experience handling Australian campaigns is preferred.

Experience in Solar / Renewable Energy lead generation or appointment-setting is highly preferred.





Strong understanding of international sales, lead generation, and objection handling.

Candidates with experience training teams for Australian outbound campaigns will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance. Attractive performance-based incentives/benefits.
