About the RoleWe are looking for a Trainee Technical & Business Architect to support our cybersecurity solutions business across the Chandigarh/Punjab region. The role involves working with System Integration (SI) Partners, conducting product demos and PoCs, supporting government tenders, and enabling partners throughout their technical and sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations and manage PoC engagements with SI partners.
- Enable, train, and provide technical support to SI partners.
- Prepare competitive analysis of cybersecurity products against market alternatives.
- Support government tenders, including pre-bid queries, solution design, compliance, and documentation.
- Build partner relationships through joint customer calls, events, and sales enablement.
- Support Customer Experience Center (CEC) setup with authorized partners.
- Assist with partner onboarding, solution bundling, webinars, and customer events.
- Submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and participate in daily team discussions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams.
- Maintain timely communication and support assigned technical requirements.
- Continuously develop knowledge of cybersecurity products and solutions.
- Travel extensively across the Chandigarh/Punjab region as required.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) & KPIs
- Product Demos & PoCs: 5+ demos/week and 3+ PoCs/week.
- Partner Enablement: Train and support SI/Authorized Partners through demos, technical sessions, and joint calls.
- Government Tenders: Support compliance, pre-bid queries, solution design, BoM/BoQ, and documentation; 40 activities/month.




- Competitive Analysis: Maintain updated product comparison sheets.
- Product Knowledge: Complete training on at least 1 new cybersecurity product/quarter.
- Business Development: Support partner onboarding, customer/partner events, webinars, and solution bundling.
- Customer Experience Centers: Support CEC setup and technical enablement with partners.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain accurate DARs and effective coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications0–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, networking, IT, technical sales, or a related field. Freshers are welcome with relevant projects, certifications, or internships. Must-Have

- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and networking.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a customer-facing role.
- Willingness to travel across Chandigarh/Punjab.
- Must be within commutable distance of Chandigarh.

Preferred
- Familiarity with Firewall, UTM/NGFW, XDR/EDR, IDS/IPS, or related technologies.
- Basic understanding of enterprise security solutions.
- Exposure to technical documentation, solution design, or government tenders.
- Interest in enterprise sales and SI partner ecosystems.
