Searches and Clearance - Conducting comprehensive trademark searches to assess availability and risk of infringement. WIPO Filings and International IP - Filing international trademarks via the Madrid System.

- Coordinating with foreign associates and understanding cross-border IP laws. Core Competencies - Degree: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws)
- Experience: 5 years in trademark prosecution, searches, and global WIPO filings
- Indian Trademark agent
- Pharma experience desirable
- Trademark searches for Global jurisdictions in Pharma, device space, coordination with external counsels , Handling Global TM oppositions
