Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tours & Travels Manager to oversee day-to-day travel operations, manage tour packages, coordinate with customers and vendors, and drive sales and profitability. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel destinations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the tours and travel business.

Plan, develop, and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.

Handle customer enquiries, bookings, cancellations, and complaints.

Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides, and other vendors.

Prepare quotations, itineraries, travel plans, and package pricing.

Ensure smooth execution of tours from booking to completion.

Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the travel team.

Develop current customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

Negotiate rates and agreements with hotels, transporters, and other service providers.

Monitor travel trends, competitor pricing, and new destinations.

Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, payment collection,



and booking records.

Handle emergencies or last-minute changes during customer travel.

Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular reports on sales, bookings, expenses, and business performance.

Required Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field 6-9 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Experience managing a team and handling tour operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,683.93 - ₹40,004.90 per month
