This role

PayJoy is ready to bring on a dedicated Compensation Specialist! We are looking for someone to join our People Ops team to help own all aspects of compensation in our global company. This role will partner closely with all members of the People Team to help generate offers for recent candidates, keep our benchmarks up to date with global trends, and create compelling packages to retain our talented workforce.

You will be the primary person responsible for maintaining company inputs to our benchmarks sources as well as monitor our internal structure for consistency and equity globally.

Responsibilities

- Compensation benchmarking and analysis.
- Provide compensation and equity for each new offer globally
- Participate in bi-annual salary updates




- Collaborate with team members from all departments to make sure that we have competitive offers for incoming and existing employees
- Maintain company compensation benchmarks using industry benchmarks

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years working on compensation in a startup
- Experience with international compensation (LatAm background a plus)
- Familiarity with Radford benchmarks a plus
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
