Roles and Responsibilities

- Design press tools, fixtures, and jigs for various manufacturing processes using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Unigraphics NX7.5, and SolidWorks.

- Design and development of Progressive Tools for automobile components.

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models as per engineering requirements.

- Ensure accuracy, functionality, and manufacturability of tool designs.

- Analyze design issues and provide effective technical solutions.

- Required Technical Skills

- AutoCAD 2D

- SolidWorks/NX

- 3D Modelling

- Robust knowledge of Progressive Tool Design Compulsory

- Knowledge of Tool Room and automobile manufacturing processes.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 510 Years

- Industry Experience: Automobile / Auto Components

- Candidates with hands-on experience in Progressive Tool Design will be preferred.

- Troubleshoot issues related to press tool maintenance and repair.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Press Tool Design, Fixture Design, or similar field.

- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Unigraphics NX7.5, SolidWorks; knowledge of other CAD software an added advantage.
