Nucgnex Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Therapy Manager to join our growing team in Telangana. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant Pharma Sales experience and will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, managing the assigned territory, and promoting products across the Pharma, Critical Care and Nutrition segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives within the territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Effectively promote the company's products to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Ensure product availability and support territory-level business growth.




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant Pharma Sales experience required.
- Experience in Pharma / Critical Care / Nutrition will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and territory travel.
