PGT Physics Teacher

Bharathidhasanar Group of Schools is looking for a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Physics to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to prepare students for Board Examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Physics for Grades XI & XII as per the prescribed curriculum.

- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based and application-oriented lessons.

- Prepare students effectively for Board Examinations and competitive examinations.

- Conduct Physics practical classes and guide students in laboratory activities.

- Develop students' numerical problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and assessment materials.

- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.

- Use smart-class resources, digital tools, simulations, and innovative teaching methodologies.

- Encourage students to connect Physics concepts with real-life applications.

- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and assessment reports.





- Mentor students and provide additional academic support where required.

- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress.

- Participate in school events, academic activities, meetings, and professional development programmes.

- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to maintain high academic standards.

Eligibility

- M.Sc. / M.Sc. Physics or equivalent qualification

- B.Ed. is mandatory

- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience preferred.

- Experience teaching CBSE/Matriculation higher secondary classes will be an advantage.

- Strong communication, classroom management, and student-engagement skills.

- Valuable command of numerical and application-based Physics.
