nJob Summary

n

nQuotation Preparation & Submission

nPrepare technical and commercial quotations for Electrical Safety Testing services.

nEnsure accuracy in pricing, scope of work, terms, and documentation before submission.

nMaintain a quotation tracker and update status regularly.

n

nOrder Processing & Documentation

nProcess customer purchase orders and ensure all required documents are complete.

nCoordinate with internal departments (Testing Team, Accounts, Stores) for smooth project initiation.

nPrepare sales orders, work orders, and internal approval documents.

n

nFollow-up on Quotations & Orders

nFollow up with customers on submitted quotations and pending approvals.

nTrack order confirmations and ensure timely communication with the sales team.

nMaintain regular follow-up records and update CRM or internal tracking sheets.

n

nPayment Follow-up

nCoordinate with customers for advance payments, milestone payments, and final settlements.

nWork closely with the Accounts team to track outstanding payments.

nShare payment reminders, statements, and required documents with customers.

n

nSupport for Electrical Safety Testing Team

nCoordinate scheduling, site visits, and customer communication on behalf of the testing engineers.

nShare scope of work,



testing plans, reports, and follow-up details with customers.

nHelp prepare basic documentation related to tests and technical communication.

n

nISO Documentation & Compliance

nPrepare, update, and maintain ISO-related documents for the department.

nEnsure compliance with company processes, quality procedures, and audit requirements.

nMaintain proper records of forms, templates, procedures, and controlled documents.

n

nProject List & Reporting

nMaintain an updated project list with customer details, status, material requirements, and completion timelines.

nPrepare monthly and weekly reports on quotations, orders, collections, and project progress.

nSupport management by providing accurate data and MIS reports as required.

n

nCoordination & Communication

nAct as a communication bridge between the sales team, testing team, customers, and management.

nCoordinate internally for resources, documentation, and project updates.

nSupport with customer communication through emails, calls, and documentation.

n

nQualifications

nDiploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

n

nExperience

nFreshers / 1 year of Experience in relevant field

n
