- Act as the Health Insurance domain expert for testing initiatives.
- Understand and validate business requirements related to:
- Policy Administration
- Claims Management
- Enrollment & Member Management
- Provider Management
- Underwriting
- Billing & Premium Processing
- Pre-Authorization and Utilization Management

- Review business requirements and functional specifications for completeness and testability.
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, and risks in requirements.
- Develop and review test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Validate end-to-end business processes across health insurance systems.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing support.
- Ensure test coverage against business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Conduct impact analysis for enhancements, production issues, and new releases.
- Participate in defect triage meetings and support issue resolution.
- Team Handling experience- handled a team of Testers.
- Good knowledge in STLC and SDLC
- Good Communication and solid in stakeholder interaction
