Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in automation frameworks, testing tools, and a solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks

- Create and execute automated test scripts for web, API, and/or mobile applications

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution

- Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing

- Ensure test coverage across functional and non-functional requirements

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Review test cases, automation code, and test strategies

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in Test Automation





- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or UFT

- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#)

- Experience with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, or PyTest

- Good understanding of Manual Testing concepts and STLC

- Experience in API automation using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Experience in mobile automation (Appium)

- Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
