Roles & Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and key customers.

- Identify and onboard new dealers and business partners to expand market coverage.

- Conduct regular market visits to generate recent business opportunities.

- Increase product visibility through dealer engagement, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and provide regular market intelligence to the team.

- Plan and execute territory development activities to maximise market penetration.

- Prepare daily call reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly sales updates.

- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth and efficient order execution.
