RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute the Tamil Nadu sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Identify and acquire new customers, projects and applications.
- Manage key accounts and generate repeat business.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from enquiry to order closure.
- Develop business across Wind, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Steel, Valves, Power, Heavy Engineering, Infrastructure and OEMs.
- Conduct customer visits,



product demonstrations and application discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/service teams for suitable solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, chance status and regular territory reviews.
