Job Description
Years of Experience: 4 to 6 Years
Business Analyst with AI/GenAI exposure
Core Business Analysis
4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in data, analytics, automation, or AI initiatives.
Solid requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping, gap analysis, and business process improvement skills.
Experience creating BRDs/FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and functional documentation.




Ability to facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
AI / GenAI Experience
Hands-on exposure to GenAI/LLM-based solutions, preferably including Agentic AI.
Understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, knowledge bases, and AI workflows.
Ability to translate business requirements into AI/Agent use cases and functional workflows.
Experience defining agent behavior, business rules, inputs/outputs, exception scenarios, and human-in-the-loop requirements.
Understanding of AI response evaluation, including accuracy, relevance, groundedness, hallucination, and business acceptance criteria.
Data & Technical Skills
Good understanding of structured and unstructured data and data-quality concepts.
Working knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic data analysis.
Understanding of APIs, JSON, system integrations, and application workflows.
Exposure to platforms such as DataRobot, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock
