Job requirements
Experience Range:
* With at least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in AI-powered healthcare
solution development and Azure cloud engineering

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop AI-powered healthcare solutions leveraging large language
models and Generative AI services to enhance member experiences
* Build and enhance conversational healthcare assistants, implementing
intelligent workflows for personalized member service journeys
* Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including semantic
search, healthcare knowledge retrieval, and integration with vector databases
and enterprise knowledge sources
* Engineer and orchestrate AI agents for complex healthcare workflows,
implementing multi-step reasoning, tool-calling patterns, and workflow
automation
* Enable healthcare member experience features such as provider search,




facility search, symptom guidance, advantages and coverage guidance, cost
estimation, claims status, and contact center escalation
* Collaborate with AI architects and platform teams to implement AI Gateway
integrations, LLM routing and orchestration, prompt management, transcript
logging, observability, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks
* Develop and optimize APIs, backend services, and chatbot interfaces,
integrating AI models into web-based applications while ensuring performance,
latency, and cost efficiency
* Ensure AI solutions adhere to healthcare privacy requirements, implementing
guardrails, monitoring, safety mechanisms, and supporting HIPAA and
Responsible AI compliance
