Tendering Specialist – Government Projects

Role Description

We are looking for a Tendering Specialist – Government Projects to manage end-to-end government tendering activities, including tender identification, document analysis, bid preparation, submission, and post-bid follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and monitor Government, PSU, Police, Defence, Healthcare, Forensic and Institutional tenders.

Handle tenders through GeM, CPPP and various government e-procurement portals.

Study RFPs/tender documents and conduct eligibility, technical and commercial analysis.

Prepare technical bids, BOQs, compliance sheets, commercial documents and supporting documentation.

Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, Purchase and Management teams for bid preparation.

Manage pre-bid queries, corrigendums, clarifications and timely online submissions.

Track technical/financial evaluation, negotiations, LOIs, work orders and tender results.





Maintain tender trackers, MIS reports, pricing history and government project databases.

Ensure complete documentation, accuracy, compliance and deadline adherence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering or related field.

2–5 years of experience in Government Tendering / E-Procurement.

Hands-on experience with GeM and government tender portals preferred.

Solid knowledge of tender documentation, costing, Excel and compliance.

Excellent coordination, analytical and communication skills.

Experience with Police, Defence, Forensic, Healthcare or other government projects will be an advantage.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with proven experience in government projects and government procurement, especially in technical products, public safety, forensic, healthcare, diagnostics or scientific equipment, will be preferred.
