Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Tendering to lead end-to-end tendering, bidding and business development activities for major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute tendering and bidding strategies.

- Lead Bid/No-Bid decisions and complete tender lifecycle.

- Manage high-value infrastructure tenders of 500 Cr+.

- Coordinate with Estimation, Engineering, Commercial, Legal and Operations teams.

- Lead technical and commercial proposal preparation.

- Drive pricing, value engineering and commercial competitiveness.

- Build and mentor a high-performing tendering team.

- Manage client presentations, negotiations and stakeholder relationships.

- Monitor market opportunities, competitors and tendering processes.

Required Experience & Qualification





- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Construction Management / Business.

- 1820 years of experience in Tendering, Bidding or Business Development.

- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven experience in winning 500 Cr+ infrastructure tenders.

- Solid knowledge of EPC, Design-Build, PPP and Alliance models.

- Excellent commercial, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
