Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender & Order Execution Assistant to support our Tender & Operations team in handling GeM/e-tenders and execution of orders received from government hospitals, institutions and other customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in E-tenders with timely tender submission.
- Maintain tender records, trackers and submission status.
- Assist in processing Purchase Orders received against successful tenders.
- Coordinate with Stores, Service, Accounts, Sales and Logistics for order execution.
- Follow up for product availability, dispatch, delivery and installation.
- Assist in preparation and submission of invoices and other required documents.
- Maintain proper order-wise documentation until completion.
- Perform other tender and operations-related work as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification & Skills





- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA or any relevant discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in tendering, back-office operations, order processing or similar work preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
- Basic knowledge of E-tender portals will be an advantage.
- Valuable documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in IVD, diagnostics, medical equipment, healthcare or government/institutional business will be preferred. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
