Roles and Responsibilities
Tender Management
Identify and analyze tender opportunities across platforms like GEM and other government/private portals.
Manage the entire tender lifecycle, including research, bid preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Documentation and Compliance
Prepare, compile, and review tender documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and platform-specific requirements.
Coordination and Communication
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and prepare tender documents.
Liaise with government authorities, private clients, and other stakeholders to clarify specifications and ensure smooth submission processes.
Bidding and Strategy Development
Develop competitive strategies for bidding on railways, government infrastructure projects, electricity department tenders, and private projects.
Conduct market research to identify trends and enhance success rates in tendering.
Post-Submission Activities:
Track and monitor the status of submitted bids to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met.
Participate in negotiations and ensure smooth contract finalization.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3-6 years of experience in tender management, particularly for government and private projects.
Proficiency in handling GEM portal and familiarity with tendering regulations.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and tender management tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
