Description: The person will be responsible for Identifying, evaluating, and submitting tenders and bids on behalf of the organization. He/She will ensure timely and accurate preparation of tender documents in compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manpower management, facility management, housekeeping, railway/PSU/government related tender.

· Search and iden tify relevant tenders/bids on GeM and other government e-procurement portals

· Review tender eligibility criteria, scope of work, ATC, BOQ,



EMD/tender fee and requirement documentation.

· Handle GeM bid participation and tender documentation Independently.

· Maintain proper records of tenders searched, submitted, won/lost and pending activities

Required Experience & Skills:

· Minimum 1-year hands -on experience with GeM Portal/Non GeM Government Tendering

· Good understanding of tender documents and eligibility requirements

· Strong attention to details and ability to meet tender deadlines.

· Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word and other).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
