The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations, tracking government tenders, compiling technical and commercial bid documents, participating in reverse auctions, and ensuring 100% compliance with government procurement guidelines.

Key Responsibilities GeM Portal Operations: Manage day-to-day operations on the GeM portal, including brand approval, primary/secondary user creation, and OEM dashboard setup. Create, upload, and update product/service listings, catalog descriptions, and competitive pricing. Track and process orders, generate invoices, track delivery receipts, and manage payment clearance on the portal. Tender Search &

- Identification: Daily tracking and evaluation of relevant central/state government tenders, BOQ requirements, and eligibility criteria across GeM and CPPP portals. Conduct pre-bid gap analysis to verify company eligibility regarding turn-over, experience certificates, and technical specifications. Bid Preparation &
- Documentation: Prepare and assemble complete technical and commercial proposal documents,



affidavits, declarations, and compliance checklists. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Procurement) to gather required documents like GST, PAN, MSME/Udyam certificates, ISO, and audit reports. Manage EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) preparation, Bank Guarantees (BG), and exemption declarations. Bidding &
- Execution: Ensure timely submission of online bids, direct purchase orders, L1 negotiations, and participation in Reverse Auctions (RA). Monitor bid status, handle post-bid clarifications/queries, and track results. Maintain comprehensive tender trackers and weekly MIS reports for management review.

Key Skills &

• Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.Tech preferred). Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in GeM bidding and government e-tendering. Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of GeM portal policies, L1 buying rules, custom bids, and reverse auction mechanisms. Proficient in handling digital signature certificates (DSC) and e-procurement portals. Robust working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PDF document editing tools. Soft Skills: Good communication, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict submission deadlines.
