Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender Executive – SI Infra with experience in Government/PSU IT Infrastructure tenders. The candidate will handle end-to-end tender activities, documentation, OEM coordination, and bid submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track tenders from GeM, CPPP & State e-Procurement portals.
- Review RFP/RFQ, eligibility criteria and technical requirements.
- Prepare technical compliance, tender documents, BOQ and commercial bids.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, OEMs and vendors for pricing and required documents.
- Understand and validate basic IT Infrastructure & Networking requirements including Switches, Routers, Firewall, Servers and Storage.
- Prepare and manage EMD/BG, OEM authorization and other tender documents.
- Handle complete online/offline tender submission, clarifications and follow-ups.
- Maintain tender trackers and documentation in MS Excel.

Pay: ₹10,028.03 - ₹32,588.26 per month
