Role Description The Government Tender Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sector 3, responsible for managing end-to-end government tender processes for communication and messaging services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying relevant tenders, tracking tender notifications, studying bid documents, and ensuring timely preparation and submission of proposals in line with company capabilities and compliance requirements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for pricing, technical specifications, and documentation, maintaining accurate tender records, and following up on bid status and clarifications.





The executive will build and maintain relationships with government and public sector stakeholders, stay updated on procurement policies and portal requirements, and support post-award documentation and contract management. The position requires consistent reporting on tender activity, market opportunities, and competitive insights to support business growth in the government segment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Government Relations skills, including familiarity with Local Government and Public Sector frameworks, portals, and tendering procedures.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, with the ability to draft professional proposals, respond to tender queries, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret tender documents, assess eligibility and risk, compare technical and commercial requirements, and identify competitive advantages.
- Relevant experience in government tendering, public procurement, or business development with government or PSU clients is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of CPaaS, telecom, or digital communication services, and comfort working with online tender portals and MS Office tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in government tender management.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work to strict deadlines in a structured, process-driven environment.
