Requirements & Key Qualifications

- Sales & Customer Handling: Strong communication, active listening, customer service, persuasion, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills with a target-oriented approach.
- Communication Skills:



Excellent command of English and Hindi; regional languages are an advantage. Ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
- Experience & Technical Skills: Prior experience in telesales, call centres, or consultancy preferred. Basic computer and CRM knowledge required; visa/travel industry experience is a plus.
- Education & Work Requirements: 12th pass required; undergraduate degree preferred. Candidates must be willing to work full-time, on-site in Chandigarh and participate in ongoing training and compliance processes
