- Associate Sales Consultant

- Paisabazaar is hiring Tele Sales Executives for an office-based voice process at Tharamani, Chennai.

- This is a non-field sales role involving telecalling and sales of financial products.

- The candidate will assist customers over the phone, understand their requirements, explain suitable financial products, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers over the phone with the sale of various financial products.

- Make outbound calls and handle customer enquiries as required.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

- Explain product features, perks, and relevant details clearly to customers.

- Follow up with prospective customers to improve sales conversions.

- Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain the required productivity levels while ensuring speed and accuracy.

- Handle changing priorities and business requirements with flexibility.





- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during every interaction.

Requirements

- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
