Position Overview

Fabpiks is looking for a proactive and persuasive Telesales Executive to identify, qualify, and secure potential locations for vending machine installations. The role involves reaching out to businesses, commercial establishments, educational institutions, hospitals, corporate offices, malls, residential societies, gyms, and other high-footfall locations to generate installation opportunities for Fabpiks vending machines.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, lead generation expertise, and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Location Hunting

- Identify potential locations suitable for vending machine installations.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects across targeted sectors.
- Research high-footfall commercial and institutional locations.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, databases, online research, referrals, and networking.

Telecalling & Appointment Setting

- Conduct outbound calls to facility managers, administration heads, procurement teams, HR managers, and Estate managers




- Introduce Fabpiks vending solutions and explain benefits to potential partners.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the Business Development team.
- Emailing Company profile & Proposal inititation
- Follow up consistently with prospects until closure.

Chance Qualification Assess location suitability based on footfall, demographics, accessibility, and commercial viability, Gather key information including:

- Daily footfall
- Available installation space
- Existing vending solutions
- Decision-making hierarchy
- Approval processes

CRM & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and interactions in CRM.
- Track lead conversion and appointment metrics.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.

Relationship Building

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Address initial queries and provide relevant information regarding vending machine installations.
- Ensure a positive experience throughout the prospecting process.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
