Role Description The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Ludhiana. In this role, the Telesales Executive will make outbound and handle inbound calls to introduce Zaroori Retail’s services to prospective brand partners, explain value propositions, and convert leads into active clients. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting individual and team sales targets.

and offer courteous customer support throughout the sales cycle. Collaboration with the sales and operations teams to improve scripts, share feedback, and support onboarding activities is also part of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English/Hindi and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on building rapport and resolving queries professionally.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills, including prospecting, persuasion, and closing deals over the phone.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call-tracking tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, achieve targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior telesales or retail/marketplace experience is preferred but not mandatory; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
