Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.

- Explain products and services to customers and answer their queries.

- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.

- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate call records.

- Stay updated on company products, promotions,



and market trends.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

- Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
