GEM Lubricants is looking for a confident and responsible Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our office-based sales team.

Your role will go beyond making calls. You will build customer relationships, generate sales orders, follow up on payments, and coordinate with our team to ensure customer requirements are handled properly.

What You Will Do

- Customer Calling & Sales: Call customers, understand their product requirements, explain available products and offers, and follow up to secure orders.
- Payment Follow-up: Politely remind customers about outstanding payments, record payment commitments, and follow up on agreed dates.
- Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily call records, order updates, customer feedback, and collection-follow-up details.
- Team Coordination: Work with the sales, accounts, and delivery teams on order processing, customer requests, and daily sales priorities.

Who We Are Looking For Someone with clear Malayalam communication, basic English reading ability, and confidence in speaking with customers.

You should have basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel will be useful.

We value a polite and professional approach, punctuality, accurate reporting, and consistent follow-up.



You should be comfortable working towards sales targets and taking responsibility for assigned customers.

Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or customer follow-up is preferred.

Salary & Work Details

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month

Additional Pay: Performance-based incentives

Working Hours: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM

Work Location: Thuravoor, Angamaly, Kerala
