Publishing Sales Executive – Telesales

FlyDreams Publications is looking for an experienced and confident Publishing Sales Executive to handle author leads, conduct sales calls, follow up with prospective clients, and convert leads into paid publishing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective authors.
- Explain publishing packages, services, pricing, and processes.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp until payment and onboarding.
- Maintain and update lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the production and publishing team after successful conversion.
- Maintain professional relationships with authors throughout the sales process.

Requirements:





- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, counselling, or service sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Robust follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making multiple calls every day.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Publishing, education, media, or creative-industry experience will be an advantage.
