We are rapidly expanding our global business footprint and hiring driven Telesales Specialists to lead our outbound sales strategy, generate qualified leads, and close high-value agency contracts over the phone.

What You’ll Do

- Outbound Cold Calling: Dial targeted B2B prospect lists to pitch Techfinit’s core digital services (SEO, Custom Web Development, SMM, and Brand Identity).
- Pitch & Qualify: Identify gaps in prospects' digital infrastructure, conduct discovery, and present Techfinit’s high-ROI service offerings.
- Close Contracts: Drive negotiations, handle pushback, and close monthly service retainers and project agreements directly over the phone.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain daily outreach records, call notes,



and follow-ups in our CRM to convert long-term prospects.

Who You Are

- Proven Cold Caller: 1+ years of outbound telesales or cold calling experience pitching IT, digital marketing, or tech services.
- Aggressive Closer: Highly target-driven, resilient against rejection, and skilled at turning brief phone calls into paying clients.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal communication, clear voice quality, and persuasive pitch delivery.
- Agency-Minded: Valuable understanding of how web apps, SEO rankings, and social media campaigns generate revenue for modern businesses.
