? POSITION: TELECALLER – FINANCIAL PRODUCTS

? JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

? JOB ROLE The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements and generating business through calls and regular follow-ups.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Make outbound calls to prospective customers

✅ Understand customer financial requirements

✅ Explain suitable loan and financial products

✅ Generate qualified leads

✅ Follow up with interested customers

✅ Handle customer queries and objections

✅ Collect basic customer information and documents

✅ Coordinate with the sales/relationship team

✅ Maintain accurate lead and call records

✅ Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets
