Role Description The Telecommunications Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s telecommunications systems, including voice, data, and network communication tools used across retail, corporate, and customer-facing operations.

Day-to-day tasks include configuring and monitoring telecom equipment, diagnosing and resolving connectivity or performance issues, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and ensuring secure, reliable communication channels. The specialist will support internal teams by troubleshooting telephony and conferencing solutions,



documenting system changes, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with customer service and IT teams to ensure seamless communication for both customers and staff.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Telecommunications Systems and general Telecommunications infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder interactions.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve telecom and connectivity issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal users and ensure a smooth communication experience for customers.
- Relevant experience with VoIP, PBX systems, call center technologies, and network fundamentals is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- A diploma or degree in telecommunications, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Familiarity with security best practices in communication systems and basic knowledge of CRM or contact center platforms is an advantage.
