Tele Collections Executive – Jaipur ( Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office) About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Collections Executives to join our Collections team. The role involves connecting with customers over calls, ensuring timely collections, resolving payment-related queries, and helping customers with suitable repayment solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience. Typical tele-collections roles focus on outbound collection calls, payment follow-ups, negotiation, and maintaining accurate records. (Indeed) Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for overdue payment collections.

Follow up with customers and negotiate payment commitments. Educate customers on repayment options and resolve basic payment-related queries. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets while maintaining quality standards.

Update customer interactions and payment commitments in the CRM/system.



Escalate complex cases as per company guidelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Eligibility6 months to 3 years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections, Recovery, Customer Service, or Telesales.

Experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or BPO is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (basic English preferred). Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace. Basic computer knowledge.

CandidateCurrently based in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad) . Willing to relocate to Jaipur immediately. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
