Job Summary

Sysmantech Group looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, follow up with enquiries and generate business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to confidently speak with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads.
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
- Explain products, services, offers and promotions to customers.
- Follow up with leads and existing enquiries.
- Generate and qualify potential business leads.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Update customer information in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the concerned sales team.
- Follow up with customers to improve conversions.
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Malayalam communication is required.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
- Good listening and convincing skills.




- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is an advantage.
- CRM experience is an added advantage.
- Target-oriented and willing to work towards monthly goals.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate

Freshers can apply.

Candidates with previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, lead generation or inside sales will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Plus performance-based incentives.

Additional incentives may be provided based on lead generation, conversions and monthly performance.
