ROLE OVERVIEWG Square & Company is looking for confident and result-oriented Telecallers / Sales Executives to handle business enquiries, franchise leads, customer communication, follow-ups, and sales conversion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.
- Handle incoming sales and franchise enquiries.
- Explain company offerings and business opportunities clearly.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or further discussions.
- Work towards converting enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups.
- Update lead data in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.




- Coordinate with internal teams for lead closures.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Robust communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Confidence in speaking with customers and prospects.
- Good follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, customer support, or business development will be an advantage.
