Loan Sales Telecaller

- Generate leads through outbound calls and convert prospects into successful loan applications and disbursements.

- Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and required documents.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams for documentation and application processing.

- Maintain customer and lead details in CRM and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure communication follows company policies and lending regulations.

Requirements

- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

- Freshers can apply;





experience in telecalling, banking, NBFC, fintech, or loan sales is an advantage.

- Positive communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

- Target-oriented with a positive and confident attitude.

- Good listening, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
